Whether you have an older home that you’d like to modernize or you are buying a home needing extensive remodeling, a whole-home renovation is a solid choice. Your home should be a reflection of you; it should show your style and suit your needs. A whole-home renovation is a good way to make sure your home’s interior flows well and is designed the way you’d like it to be.
At Helton Remodeling our team of skilled professionals is here to help you create a home that fits your family and your lifestyle. We understand that a whole-home renovation is a big project, and we’ll do our best to make it as fun and stress-free as possible so that you can come home to a house you love.
Let’s begin our story by introducing Helton Remodeling explaining all the details of the Kitchen Remodeling portion of the project in addition to some living room enhancements.
The kitchen has glass door cabinets that offer a clean, contemporary look. A hole cut in the countertop allows for easy trash disposal without opening the trash cabinet. The hickory cabinets blend well with the living room ceiling. We used a countertop that would blend in with the stone floors that we kept before we began the project. The island sits comfortably in the middle of the kitchen and adds a great prep space next to the range and built-in oven. Two cabinet garages were added to conceal countertop appliances keeping clutter off the countertops.
The fridge and tall wine cooler nestle in the hickory cabinets with shelves to house the dry bar.
The custom hood cabinet adds a sleek, modern flair to this Kitchen Remodel. We selected hickory to complement the stone facade with reddish hues in the kitchen. The Granite backsplash offers easy cleaning up behind the range. We also installed a new oven and microwave to match the range.
We continue with our Master Bathroom Remodeling, which deserves its own story on its own. The previous shower was a cave. We reconfigured the shower space knocking out the walls to double the space of the shower. Wavy tile covers the walls and ceiling with pebble shower floors. The lights were moved to the center of the new shower space. There is floor to ceiling glass with a transom over the door for a future steam shower. Intricate shower fixtures include a rain shower head, body sprays and wand on a slide bar. We custom framed for a wide niche and corner bench.
Just off to the left is a large stone freestanding tub with floor mounted tub filler on marble tile floors.
While we prefer to stay focused on what it looks like today, here we show you an idea of what the room looked like before Helton Remodeling Services arrived to the home.
For the wife, we show the Custom Shaker style cabinets for her vanity with 3 CM Quartzite Alexandrita top and splash.
For the husband, we have a custom Shaker style cabinet in cream color for his vanity with 3CM Quartzite Alexandrita top and splash. The LED mirror aids in getting ready to start each day. There is also a custom linen cabinet to left.
Additional details include a beautiful white vessel sink on top of 3CM Quartzite Alexandrita countertop. The cabinet knobs accent the quartzite top and splash. The 6×4 shower footprint with wide niche and corner bench.
Now that we have remodeled the Kitchen and Bathroom, our story ends with a happy couple retreating to the remodeled bedroom where we replaced the carpet with Tigerwood Hardwood floors in bedroom. The color adds warmth to the room. A perfect way to start and end each day.
With a shortage of housing, whole-house renovations have become an excellent option instead of buying a new house. Contact Helton Remodeling Services today so that we can schedule an appointment to help make your whole-house Remodeling dreams come true.
